Returns
You may request a return if the product meets our return conditions.
To request a return, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Products must generally be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition in which they were received
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty, skincare, cosmetic, and personal-care products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the product so that we can assist you.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method.
Return Shipping
Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer or Parapharmacie Original.
